In order to offer you the best technical offer, we first establish initial contact with users: we establish an exhaustive diagnosis of the need, we clarify the issues, and formulate a preliminary offer.
3. Establishment of the contract
When contracting, Martel LTD, and its legal department, draw on their long experience in Africa to ensure that each clause complies with the national regulations in force.
2. Study of the conditions of use
We study the uses according to three aspects: the study of the missions dedicated to the equipment, the analysis of the operating environment and an exhaustive survey of similar equipment delivered over the past ten years.
4. Monitoring of advancements
After receipt of the equipment, constant monitoring during the first months of use is put in place: the Martel LTD teams ensure the proper training of operators, the adequacy of the equipment delivered with their use, and make any corrective measures to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
5. After-sales service and technical support
Martel LTD has an efficient, experienced and available after-sales service. Thus, our clients regularly renew their confidence in Martel LTD and engage in lasting and profitable partnerships for both parties.
